Shipping and Delivery
For regular products, your package will typically be shipped within 7 days of payment receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Note: Custom orders (e.g., custom pet portrait paintings) require more time, usually about 15-25 business days, to be fulfilled and shipped. All orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it becomes available.
Transit times vary by country:
- USA: 5-8 working days
- CA, AUS, UK: 6-18 working days
- Europe: 6-18 working days
- Rest of the world: 8-15 working days
Shipping prices are a flat fee:
- USA: $9.95
- CA, AUS, UK: $9.95
- Europe: $9.95
- Rest of the world: $19.95
To celebrate the opening of our online shop, we are offering free shipping for all orders over ＄100.
Note: If there is an issue with your order (e.g., a new pet photo is needed), this may extend your production time. We also send all customers an artwork proof and request your approval before printing. The faster you approve, the quicker we can ship!
Please expect delays during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your product arrives damaged, please reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team at love@craftycritterscreations.com with a photo of the product, within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will offer some solutions. Tracking is available for all shipments. For specific delivery questions, please contact the carrier. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Delivered but Not Received
If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please allow 10 days from the marked delivery date for the package to arrive due to possible tracking irregularities and shipping volume surges. If your package has still not arrived after 10 days, please contact us at love@craftycritterscreations.com for further assistance.
Duty Fees for International Orders
Crafty Critters Creations is not responsible for any duty fees applied by the courier prior to delivery. International shipping fees, duties, taxes, and rush fees are non-refundable.
